WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Le service et le contexte : l’objectif est de comprendre le contexte du service et du recrutement. S’agit-il d’un remplacement, d’une création, quels sont les enjeux, quel est le profil des autres collaborateurs du service ? cette analyse doit se faire en prenant en compte les orientations stratégiques de la BL/BU

Le poste et les missions :  la localisation du poste ? les missions inhérentes à la fonction, quelles sont les interactions hiérarchiques/fonctionnelles avec le poste ?

Les perspectives d’évolution : quelles sont les perceptives d’évolution ?

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  Actuellement en formation d’ingénieur généraliste ou spécialisé en environnement
  Intérêt marqué pour les enjeux environnementaux, l’innovation et les nouvelles technologies
  Notions ou forte motivation pour développer des compétences en intelligence artificielle
  Sensibilité aux métiers de la gestion et de la valorisation des déchets (un plus)
  Bonnes capacités d’analyse, d’organisation et aisance relationnelle
  Goût pour le terrain et appétence pour les déplacements (environ 2 jours par semaine sur différents sites en France)
  Maîtrise des outils bureautiques courants  (dont Excel, et idéalement Power BI / Tableau)
