About the Role

About the Role:

The Administrative Marketing Intern will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing department by handling various administrative and operational tasks that ensure smooth campaign execution and team efficiency. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing strategies, project coordination, and data management within a dynamic business environment. The intern will assist in organizing marketing materials and maintaining communication channels between internal teams and external partners. The intern will help optimize ongoing campaigns and support decision-making processes. Ultimately, this role aims to develop the intern’s understanding of marketing operations within a law firm to enhance overall departmental productivity.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take initiative.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Previous internship or work experience in a marketing or administrative role.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials and presentations.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Support the collection and analysis of marketing data to help evaluate campaign performance.
  • Handle general administrative duties such as filing, documentation, and correspondence related to marketing activities.

Skills:

The required skills such as organization, communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential for managing daily administrative tasks and ensuring smooth coordination within the marketing team.
