The Laborer position is responsible for, but not limited to performing physical labor task.

 

Location & Travel Details: This onsite position is based in Clinton, IN

Responsibilities

• Unloads and carries materials.
• Cleans up on grounds to include break areas, restrooms, trash, sweeping and mopping.
• Grass mowing, weed eating, blowing, laying sod, planting, spraying weed killer, trimming, etc.
• Performs various other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

  • Demonstrates ability and willingness to learn.
  • Must be self-motivated and work steady and productively.
  • Adheres to all Company, client, and project policies, procedures, standards, including but not limited to the safety manual, and the employee handbook.
  • Must be able to maintain acceptable attendance standards per employee handbook.
  • Ability to use email, smart phone, tablet or computer to manage company information and documents

EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  •  High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  •  Experience on a construction jobsite a plus.
