About the Role

SUMMARY: 

Provide entry-level IT functions to the Bank to free up more advance personnel to perform more value-added functions.

 

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: 

Time: Description

25%  Focus on the asset process, including managing the return and update of corporate assets (desktops, laptops, iPad, etc.). In addition, build out a process to keep systems that have been returned up to date. 

25%  Inventory and dispose of out-of-date technology equipment that no longer has a usable life. Remove all data and recycle assets. 

25%  Design and create an iPad loan out process.

25%  Redesign eForms using new tooling and modern coding language. 

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: 

Associates degree or 2 years of college coursework in Information Technology or computer systems or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: 

Personable, communicative, inquisitive. 


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

 Experience working in a corporate setting performing IT functions.
