About the Role

Description

A collaboration with Carroll School and Northeastern University, the Angela Wilkins Program of Graduate Studies in Education is a dynamic dual degree and licensure residency-based graduate program.  This hands-on residency program prepares you to be equipped to handle the literacy crisis in Massachusetts and beyond.  The program in conjunction with Northeastern University leads to full Massachusetts initial dual-licensure and dual Masters’ degrees in Education: Moderate Disabilities-Pre-K- 8 and Elementary 1-6.

This intensive 12-month residency program starts in early June and ends the following June. Graduate interns take courses at Carroll School and Northeastern University while participating in a full-time immersive teacher residency in classrooms at Carroll. Unlike other teacher preparation programs, graduate interns also receive nationally-accredited Orton-Gillingham training and certification, at no additional cost.
