Summer 2026 Undergraduate Internship – Business Strategy, Payment Operations, & Consulting
Midtown Manhattan (In-Person)
June 10 – August 7
Monday–Thursday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM, $20/hour
Rise Alliance is seeking motivated, detail-oriented interns to join our Summer Internship Program. This immersive, hands-on experience is designed to provide exposure across business strategy, payment operations, and business consulting within financial services and debt resolution space.
Program Overview
This internship is structured in three phases:
- Onboarding & Foundations (Week 1): Build core knowledge as a cohort
- Department Rotations (Weeks 2–7): Gain cross-functional experience
- Capstone Project (Week 8): Apply your learning to a real-world strategy presentation
Week 1: Industry Foundations & Training
What You’ll Learn:
- Rise Alliance’s mission, services, and debt resolution model
- CRM fundamentals (Salesforce exposure)
- Professional communication skills
- Financial compliance and regulatory basics
Weeks 2-7: Department Rotation
Business Strategy
Core Focus: Sales Pipeline & Client Relationship Building
Responsibilities:

Shadow warm lead calls

Conduct cold calling and scheduling

Practice objection handling workshops

Track daily outreach metrics

Collecting documents and organizing client files

Preparing follow-up and informational emails

Payment Operations
Core Focus: CRM Management/Organization & Interdepart. Communication
Responsibilities:

Assist with mock client payment reconciliation

Audit payment schedules against CRM records

Generate weekly payment reporting dashboards

Identify discrepancies in sample client accounts

Participate in cross-team process optimization meetings

Week 8: Capstone Project
Using the skills and knowledge gained from each department rotation, interns will present a “Client Lifecycle Optimization” Strategy to culminate their experience.
