About the Role

MRO Manufacturing Engineering Intern

  • Assist with continuous improvement projects such as process procedures, documentation updates and implementation.
  • Interpret engineering drawings
  • Provide technical input on mechanical and electrical assemblies and sub-assemblies
  • Capability analysis on new product
  • Design tooling to help efficiency and ergonomics on the manufacturing floor
  • You will develop skills relating to the aerospace industry with a focus in maintenance and repairs of complex parts through the guidance of Product Line Engineers, Quality Engineers and other team members who will help with defining tasks and provide mentorship through assigned projects
  • This role is an on-site position.

 

Qualifications you must have

  • Mechanical Engineering degree or similar
  • US. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

 

Qualifications we prefer

  • Previous hands-on experience through internships, academic projects, or laboratory work in a technical field of study is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, including ability to produce technical documentation, and the desire to learn new technologies and tools.
