About SSR

SSR Total IT is a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) in the Milwaukee metro area, supporting more than 170 small and mid-sized businesses, 3,000+ end users, and 2,000+ systems across infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and ongoing IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn to develop, test, and debug code in multiple programming languages.
  • Keeps track of development progress and reports back to internship mentor.
  • Works with mentor to develop applications in accordance with prepared specifications. 
  • Attend daily department meetings to communicate project status.
  • Assist development team with data integration, mobile app creation, and custom software solutions.
  • Support software products and tools 
  • Assist with research projects.
  • Observe and learn the requirement gathering process for customers.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree (in progress) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
