Our Marketing function plays a key role in shaping how HKA shows up in the market, supporting a global business, working closely with senior stakeholders, and bringing our expertise and insights to life. As an intern, you won’t be making tea or sitting on the sidelines you will be trusted, supported, and involved from day one.

What the role offers:

This internship is designed to provide meaningful, practical experience, exposure to a broad range of marketing activities, and the opportunity to build a strong foundation for a future career in marketing or professional services.

What you will be doing?

You’ll support the marketing team across a variety of initiatives, which may include:

  • Assisting with the creation and updating of marketing materials and presentations.

  • Supporting digital marketing activity, including website content and social media.

  • Helping coordinate campaigns, events, and internal communications.

  • Track and analyse performance of digital activities and gathering insights into engagement and leads.

  • Carrying out market and competitor research.

  • Providing general administrative and project support to the wider Marketing team.

What are we looking for?

  • Currently undertaking or have completed a marketing degree or relevant qualification.

  • Have a genuine interest in marketing and communications.

  • Are organised, proactive, and detail‑focused.

  • Communicate clearly and confidently, both written and verbal.

  • Are comfortable working in a professional, fast‑paced environment.

  • Bring a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
