If you’re eager to apply what you’ve learned in the classroom, gain real-world experience, explore engineering consulting, and have an interest in Roadway and Civil Site Design, Solid Waste, Water Resources, and/or Water/Wastewater this is the perfect opportunity to learn and grow under the mentorship of experienced engineers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with standard engineering computations, data analysis, and basic technical tasks.
  • Support project teams by preparing drawings, visual aids, maps, and tabular information.
  • Participate in project reviews, quality checks, and brainstorming sessions to gain insight into real-world project delivery.
  • Learn and apply the Jones Edmunds Quality Program, ensuring work meets company, industry, and client standards.
  • Communicate with your supervisor about progress and challenges, developing strong professional habits.
  • Engage in professional development and build an understanding of ethical and professional responsibilities..

Experience & Qualifications

  • Education: Enrolled in an accredited engineering program with at least 80 credit hours completed by Summer 2026.
  • Experience: No prior work experience required, just a willingness to learn and contribute.
  • Other: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for solving real-world problems.
