About The Company
We’re pushing premium lifestyle commerce toward true autonomy - backed by the most successful founder this space has ever seen. Dining, travel, experiences, gifting, and wellness sit at the center of our professional, personal, and social lives. Demand for authentic, standout experiences has never been higher. Yet more than $1.5 trillion in premium lifestyle spend remains fragmented, inefficient, and ultimately unfulfilling. The next step isn’t another booking app, credit card, or pay-to-play marketplace. It’s intelligent agents that proactively curate high-leverage, hyper-personalized opportunities globally - managing access, logistics, payments, perks, and personalization on our behalf, without needing to be prompted. For the first time in history, we have the tools to ingest and synthesize millions of real-world data points into a single operating system - one that understands objectives, health state, preferences, and constraints, and executes with precision and speed across lifestyle domains, geographies, and networks. Doing the work for us so we can focus directly on the people, places, and experiences that compound our interdisciplinary mastery. Think Anduril’s Lattice, applied not to warfare - but to life. Multi-modal, multi-party, real-time lifestyle orchestration is the future for the world’s leading founders, athletes, family offices, and brands. So we’re building it. This is our life’s work. And we’re looking for ambitious, mission-driven travel managers, lifestyle managers, and engineers to join us. We’re backed by tier-1 VCs and operators. We’re an in-person company, building from our headquarters in Midtown Manhattan, with offices in Belgravia, London, and West Hollywood, Los Angeles. If you want to help define an entirely new category - and build something enduring - this is the moment. Join us.

About Aurora

Aurora is the AI-Native Lifestyle Operating System for human flourishing in a world of AI slop, inefficiency, and noise.

We believe that time is the only currency that matters. So, we're on a mission to help you make the most of every minute of your life. Stronger connections with your family and friends. Experiences and adventures that transform who you are. Building the perfect physical and mental temple of health.

Consumer technology was supposed to give us leverage. To make it easier to find the right restaurant, the right trip, the right doctor.

Instead, every major platform today is optimized against the person using it: more scrolling, more ads, more engagement loops. You have infinite choice and zero clarity.

We exist to reverse that.

Aurora takes millions of data points about you and about the world and finds the one thing that is right for you, at the right time.

Our members — needle-moving tier-1 founders, executives, and athletes — use Aurora to navigate travel, health, dining, experiences, and premium goods with the kind of judgment that used to require a team of people who'd known you for years.

Over half use it every single day, 95% every week, and in our first 6 months, member spend & engagement is outperforming industry benchmarks by 5×.

Aurora is backed and chaired by Alex Macdonald, the most successful founder in this category, and has raised >$6M from experienced operators and tier-1 investors.

We are now expanding the Member Experience Team as we scale the product and the member base.

Aurora is built in person from our offices in London, New York, and Los Angeles, with flexible remote days.

The Internship

Our core team is searching for a highly organized and proactive Intern to support the day-to-day running of the business. You will work directly with senior team members across operations, member experience, and partnerships — gaining real exposure and meaningful responsibility from day one.

This role is inherently hands-on. You will be embedded in live workflows, managing outreach, coordinating logistics, and supporting the systems that power Aurora's member experience.

For the right candidate, there is a clear path to a full-time role following the internship.

Our Principles

We're a team of tier-1 backed and exited operators united by five core principles:

  • We seek truth
  • We are high-leverage
  • We are courageous
  • We are owners
  • We believe impossible is an attitude
Key Responsibilities
  • Own outreach to world-class venues, hotels, and partners — securing availability, coordinating logistics, and keeping things moving
  • Play an active role in delivering seamless experiences for some of the most high-achieving individuals in the world
  • Drive partnership prospecting — identifying opportunities, making first contact, and qualifying leads for the senior team
  • Keep our internal systems sharp and current, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
  • Use cutting-edge AI tools to conduct research that directly shapes member curation and experience
  • Prepare crisp summaries, briefs, and updates that keep the team informed and ahead
  • Own your priorities — tasks, deadlines, and handoffs are yours to manage and deliver on

Who You Are
  • A proactive self-starter who anticipates needs and takes ownership without being asked
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail — you do not let things fall through the cracks
  • A clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal, who can adapt tone to different audiences
  • Comfortable operating at pace across multiple priorities without compromising on quality
  • Discreet, professional, and trustworthy when handling confidential information
  • Genuinely interested in luxury lifestyle, hospitality, and technology

What We Offer
  • Hands-on experience inside a fast-moving, AI-native lifestyle business
  • Direct exposure to senior operators and real decision-making from day one
  • Mentorship and increasing responsibility as you grow into the role
  • A front-row seat to how a category-defining product is built and scaled
  • The potential to transition into a full-time position for the right candidate
