About the Role

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Client Advisor to join our Boutique at La Rinascente in Milan, one of Italy’s most exclusive destinations. This is a seasonal position starting in early June until August 2026, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic luxury retail environment during the vibrant spring and summer months. As a key member of our sales team, you will play an essential role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience, building lasting client relationships, and representing our brand’s values through impeccable service.

 

Your Contribution

  • Provide a personalized and outstanding shopping experience to every client, proudly representing the brand’s values;
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations;
  • Stay informed about the latest product launches, trends, and brand knowledge to offer expert advice;
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet individual and boutique sales targets, contributing to overall store success;
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation to ensure the boutique remains welcoming and aligned with brand standards;
  • Support stock management by ensuring product availability and assisting with merchandise replenishment;
  • Handle customer transactions professionally, ensuring a smooth and positive checkout experience;
  • Participate in boutique events and promotions to boost customer engagement and brand visibility.

 

What You Bring to the Team

  • Proven experience in client-facing roles, preferably in luxury retail or fashion;
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and the ability to build meaningful relationships;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with a sophisticated and international clientele;
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work well within a team and achieve sales targets;
  • Attention to detail and understanding of visual merchandising and store presentation;
  • Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus (Russian, Arabic, or Chinese are highly valued for international clients);
  • Knowledge of the luxury fashion industry, trends, and customer expectations;
  • Availability for the seasonal period starting in early June.
