Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern - Data & Reporting Focus to support our HR team in managing data, preparing reports, and creating insightful dashboards. This role is ideal for candidates who are strong in data handling, presentation skills, and have hands-on experience with AI tools.

Qualifications

  • Collect, organize, and maintain HR-related data (recruitment, attendance, performance, etc.)
  • Prepare accurate and timely HR reports and dashboards for management review
  • Design professional presentations and reports using PowerPoint
  • Assist in analyzing workforce trends and generating insights
  • Utilize AI tools to improve reporting, automation, and data processing
  • Support HR operations and administrative tasks as required
  • Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Strong data handling and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to create clear and visually appealing reports and dashboards
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools for data analysis, reporting, or automation
  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities

Additional Information

  • Knowledge of HR metrics and KPIs
  • Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
  • Basic understanding of HR systems (HRIS)
