QA Internship

About the role

As a Quality Assurance Intern, you will join and work closely with Empatica's QA Team in Milan. In this role, you will get in contact with amazing technology, while obtaining a detailed understanding of the architecture and the process of development of wearable products.

You will:

• Join the activities regarding testing and validation of our products
• Produce certification reports for the use of our products with different smartphones
• Participate in improving the testing and validation process of our products
• Participate in the inspection of compatibility issues, providing details to replicate the problem
• Assist the Product team of Empatica in Milan with various tasks.

Important detail: This is a part-time position (20h per week) with a contract duration of 3 to 12 months. 

You are the ideal person for the Quality Assurance Intern role if you:

• Are pursuing or already have a degree in IT or Engineering
• Knowledge of the fundamentals of testing and validation
• Proficiency in written and oral communication in a team environment
• Are fluent in English (as all our work is conducted in English)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous working experience
• Experience in a regulated environment (e.g., finance, medical, automotive)
