Au sein du département Infrastructures, Services et Sécurité de la Direction des Systèmes d’Information (DSI), et sous la responsabilité de l’IT Operation Service Manager, l’alternant(e) intègre l’équipe d’administration de la solution IT Service Management (ITSM). Il/elle contribue à l’amélioration continue, au développement et à l’industrialisation de l’offre de services IT à l’échelle internationale.

Vos missions ?

Administration de la solution ITSM

  • Administrer et maintenir la solution ITSM EasyVista Service Manager

  • Assurer le support aux équipes IT internationales

  • Participer à l’amélioration continue de l’outil

Gestion des référentiels IT

  • Administrer la CMDB (Configuration Management Database)

  • Assurer la gestion des configurations

  • Gérer les assets (parc IT)

Développement & amélioration des processus ITSM

  • Contribuer à l’évolution et à l’optimisation des processus suivants :

    • Gestion du catalogue des demandes de service

    • Gestion des configurations (CMDB)

    • Gestion des assets

    • Gestion des problèmes

  • Étendre l’offre de service à de nouveaux périmètres :

    • Techniques / applicatifs

    • Géographiques (filiales internationales)

Reporting & pilotage

  • Mettre en place et suivre les reportings liés aux activités ITSM

  • Analyser les indicateurs de performance des services IT

Communication & accompagnement

  • Développer la communication autour de l’offre de service IT

  • Créer et animer des supports : FAQ, guides, bonnes pratiques, astuces

  • Accompagner les utilisateurs dans l’adoption des outils et processus

Participation aux projets ITSM

  • Contribuer aux projets d’évolution de la solution ITSM :

    • Automatisation des interfaces

    • Mises à jour de version

    • Déploiement de nouvelles fonctionnalités

Votre profil ?

  • Dynamique, explorateur·trice de technologies, esprit méthodique et rigoureux, vous avez envie de découvrir comment on peut tirer de la connaissance et de la valeur des processus ITSM et de la CMDB dans une entreprise internationale et serait curieux·se de découvrir ses systèmes d’informations et le monde pharmaceutique. Votre regard neuf et extérieur vous permet d'identifier des axes d'évolution et d’amélioration de l’existant.

  • De formation Bac+3 d’une filière informatique, vous avez un goût prononcé pour les processus et technologies, êtes capable de prospection et de synthétiser vos recherches, en les mettant en œuvre sur des cas concrets.

  • Vous avez aussi envie de travailler en équipe et découvrir le fonctionnement interne d'une DSI ainsi que ses relations avec son écosystème (partenaires, utilisateurs internes, acteurs internationaux, ...).

Connaissances :

  • Solution ITSM

  • Langage SQL

  • ITIL et la gestion des services ITIL

  • Gestion de projet

  • Google workspace et suite bureautique associée 

Langues :

Anglais niveau B2 minimum
