Compliance
Based in Hyderabad, the Compliance Intern will support day-to-day compliance operations by assisting with regulatory adherence, surveillance, Code of Ethics activities, and maintenance of compliance trackers and records.
She will also be involved in coordination with internal teams, follow-ups on submissions and certifications, and get strong learning exposure within the compliance function.
Responsibilities
- Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and regulatory guidelines.
- Support day-to-day compliance activities, including surveillance, monitoring, and Code of Ethics administration.
- Maintain and update compliance trackers, MIS reports, and other records/documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
- Assist with regulatory and internal compliance submissions, certifications, and periodic disclosures.
- Track open compliance items and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely closure of pending submissions, observations, and action items.
- Support record-keeping requirements, including documentation related to employee declarations, certifications, and approvals.
- Assist in preparation of reports, presentations, and data required for internal reviews, audits, and regulatory inspections.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect information and clarify compliance-related queries.
- Stay updated on changes in regulations and internal policies, and support implementation as required.
- Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the compliance function

Education
- Pursuing Masters in management with an aggregate of minimum 60%
