Join our team as a Sales Intern!

 

We are looking for an energetic Sales Intern to join our sales team in Amsterdam. As the Sales Intern you will reach out to brand new potential companies and work together with their engineering and purchasing teams to land the first deal! Top performing Sales Intern will have the opportunity to work their way up to become part of the Sales team within 3-6 months. 

The team is looking for 2 individuals, 1 Fluent in French and 1 Fluent in German.

What you'll do:
  • Manage inbound request and support customer during the ordering process
  • Work alongside the Business Development team in order to learn and apply outbound strategies in key industries/regions for Protolabs
  • Work on specific projects to further develop the Protolabs value proposition
  • Use sales tactics to support current and potential Protolabs customers
  • French OR German speaking required


What it takes:
  • You have enrolled at a Dutch/EU university [OR: Dutch/ EU educational institution] as a 3rd/4th-year student for, an HBO, Bachelors or Master’s degree (ideally studying Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar)
  • You’re driven for a career in sales 
  • Fluent in written and spoken English 
  • You’re an independent, confident, decisive risk-taker 
  • You’re looking for variety and challenge and will thrive in a faster-paced environment
  • You’re motivated by recognition, and advancement and want to be rewarded for your success 
  • You use your confidence and communication skills to get the information you need from internal stakeholders
