About the Role

DEINE HERAUSFORDERUNGEN 

In modernen Produktionssystemen mit mehreren Montagelinien und nachgelagerten Prozessen, stellt ein effizienter Materialfluss einen entscheidenden Erfolgsfaktor dar.

Insbesondere bei variierenden Taktzeiten und unterschiedlichen Produktstrukturen entstehen häufig:

 

  • erhöhte Umlaufbestände 
  • ineffiziente Steuerungsmechanismen
  • mangelnde Transparenz im Prozessablauf

 

Ziel dieser Arbeit ist die systematische Analyse und Optimierung des Materialflusses unter Berücksichtigung moderner Lean- und Digitalisierungsansätze.

 

  • Analyse des realen Produktionssystems direkt am Shopfloor 
  • Identifikation von Engpässen und Ineffizienzen
  • Entwicklung eines End-to-End Materialflusskonzepts
  • Sicherstellung eines funktionierenden FIFO-Systems trotz variierender Taktzeiten
  • Konzeption von Lösungen wie:
    • Supermärkte / Pull-Systeme 
    • Entkopplungspunkte 
    • Digitale Steuerung (z. B. SAP / Echtzeitdaten)

 

Deine Arbeit ist keine Theorie, du arbeitest an einem komplexen, echten System mit direktem Einfluss auf die Performance eines Werks. Du entwickelst:

 

  • ein umsetzbares Zielbild für den Materialfluss
  • konkrete Maßnahmen für die Produktion
  • messbare Verbesserungen (Durchlaufzeit, Bestand, Lieferfähigkeit)

 

Deine Ergebnisse können direkt im Werk umgesetzt werden.

 

DEIN PROFIL 

  • Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar
  • Interesse an Lean, Produktion und echten Problemen
  • Strukturierte und analytische Denkweise
  • Motivation, wirklich etwas zu verändern
