🔍 Estamos buscando un(a) SSC Payments Intern (Pasantía)

🌟 Duración del proyecto: 6 meses
🌍 Ubicación: El Salvador
 

Propósito Principal:

Apoyo principal en las actividades y proyectos relacionados con el procesamiento de pagos para las operaciones dentro del Shared Services Center así como también en la generación y análisis de métricas de resultados del mes.

Responsabilidades:

• Ejecución en tiempo de los pagos programados a los países bajo el SSC para SAP y Oracle EBS

• Apoyo en la preparación de documentación requerida por auditores.

• Cumplir con los SLA establecidos para cada proceso de pago.

• Apoyar en las preparación y análisis de métricas para visibilidad de las operaciones.

• Mantener un nivel de satisfacción alto con las operaciones.

• Atención de tickets.

• Ejecución de pagos según la segregación asignada.

• Atención a consultas de proveedores

Requisitos:

• 💻 Dominio intermedio/avanzado de Excel.

• 🧠 Habilidad analítica y atención al detalle.

• 🌐 Dominio de inglés intermedio.

• 🚀 Actitud proactiva y orientada a resultados.

• 🤝 Capacidad para trabajar con diferentes equipos.
