Support our Commercial (Sales) team across the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland), working with leading retail customers such as dm, Edeka and Rossmann. Partnering closely with the National Account Manager, you’ll help drive key business targets and support customer databases across all sales channels.

Join our Sales (Grocery) Team in Hamburg and gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced FMCG environment. If you’re looking to learn quickly, make an impact and contribute to our sustainability ambitions, this is the internship for you. We’ll coach, mentor and develop you, setting you up to become a confident future Sales Partner.

Responsibilities :  

  • Provide great day to day support to our sales team:
    • Provide customers all the necessary information (i.e. complete new line forms, product data sheets, product passports & turnover reports)
    • With bringing up customer sell in & sell out analysis / insights to help the KAMs analysis 
  • Provide data driven, accurate & timely inputs to KAM and demand planning to support S&OP process and accurate forecasts. Work closely with key customer contacts to ensure their customer service needs are met.
  • Maintain the high level of accuracy of technical data in our external Datapools  (GDS1, Markant etc)
  • Support delivery of our strategy by also working independently on your own projects (e.g. work on launch projects of new SKUs)

Experience You’ll Bring

  • Studies in Marketing, Sales or a Business‑related field, with a strong interest in gaining hands‑on experience in FMCG and Sales
  • Fluent English and intermediate German, enabling you to work confidently with colleagues and customers
  • A positive, curious mindset and strong communication skills, with the enthusiasm to learn quickly and contribute from day one
  • A customer‑first attitude and genuine curiosity about how Sales and Marketing drive brand success
  • Analytical and creative thinking, comfortable working with data to support ideas and insights
  • Good organisational and time‑management skills, with high attention to detail and a reliable approach to tasks
  • An energetic, proactive personality that adds to our team culture, alongside an interest in sustainability and eco‑conscious practices
