About the Role

We are looking for a Brand & Performance Insights Intern to join the Insights Team. Reporting to the Brand & Performance Strategist - Seasonal brands, you will play a key role in supporting the translation of data into insights that inform marketing decisions and Go-To-Market (GTM) execution.

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing marketing performance, consumer and market data, and contributing to insight development through rigorous analysis and clear reporting. Working closely with Brand Strategy, Market Research, Customer Analytics, and Digital Analytics teams, you will help connect data sources, surface patterns, and validate hypotheses that support brand priorities and growth initiatives.

Your work will contribute to improving marketing effectiveness, strengthening consumer understanding, and enabling data-driven decision-making across brands.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Compile and prepare consumer, market, and performance data from multiple internal teams and platforms.

  • Analyze marketing and campaign performance, identifying trends, drivers, and variances.

  • Support strategic deep dives by conducting exploratory analyses and competitive benchmarks.

  • Develop reports, and standardized performance trackers to support ongoing monitoring.

  • Translate analytical findings into clear insights, implications, and recommendations in collaboration with strategists.

  • Identify early signals of shifts in consumer behavior, performance risks, or optimization opportunities.

  • Contribute to executive-ready presentations by structuring data, visuals, and evidence to support insight narratives.

  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and methodological rigor across analyses.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and highlight what matters most for the business.

  • Comfortable working with multiple data sources and collaborating across teams.

  • Know about data analysis, visualization, and reporting (dashboards, performance reads, presentations).

  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Detail-oriented, structured, and reliable — you enjoy turning data into clarity.

  • Curious and proactive, with a desire to learn and grow toward more strategic responsibilities.

  • Fluent in English (French is a strong asset).

  • Experience in marketing with exposure to brand, media, or campaign concepts, and a strong interest in understanding how performance and consumer data inform marketing decisions.

Do you have other qualifications? Tell us what is unique about you, and why you would be a great addition to the team.
