Position Overview
Working closely with the Marketing team to support the implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our products/services and enhance brand awareness. This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities and the chance to make a meaningful impact within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and execution of Americas Product Launch and Distributor & End User marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, tradeshow and events.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
- Build target databases in high value market segments, specifically the Fleet Market in North America.
- Facilitate the management of Arlon Americas social media platforms by creating engaging content, managing content calendar, scheduling posts, and monitoring interactions and competitor activities.
- Support the development of marketing materials such as brochures, merchandise and presentations.
- Provide general administrative support to the Americas Marketing team, including sample fulfillment, organizing collateral & merchandise, scheduling meetings, and assisting with other tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with the Sales team, market experts and the Arlon Global Brand team to build out target personas and the voice of the customer in the respective regions (US, Canada and Latin America).
- Assist in tracking & analyzing marketing metrics to evaluate campaign performance for optimization.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- Passion for Brand Management & Product Marketing and enthusiasm to learn & grow in the field.
- Excellent communication skills in the English (written, verbal, listening, presentation, inter-personal).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Pay Transparency
The current pay rate for this position is $22.00/hr. Rate of pay will depend on factors such as market conditions and location, job-related knowledge and skills, education, training and experience. If hired, employment will be at will. The Company reserves the right to modify pay, as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program, at any time.
