About the Internship

We’re looking for an IT intern to help us create and organize our IT documentation. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in technical writing, knowledge management, IT processes, and/or IT governance/controls. If you enjoy writing, organizing information, and making complex topics easier to understand, this role could be a strong fit.


What You’ll Do

  • Write and update step-by-step IT procedures and process documentation
  • Help gather and organize documentation and evidence used to support IT controls and audits
  • Create easy-to-follow internal documentation
  • Develop user-friendly FAQs and help guides for employees
  • Organize documentation so it’s clear, consistent, and easy to find
  • Work with team members to understand how systems and processes work, then document them clearly

Requirements

Who We’re Looking For

  • Working towards degree in:
    • Information Systems
    • Computer Science
    • Technical Writing
    • Information Management
    • Or a related field
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Interes in documentation, process improvement, or how IT teams operate
  • Comfortable learning new topics and asking good questions
  • Organized and able to work independently with guidance
