What You’ll Do
Vaniam Group is building AI into the way we work, and this role gets to work at the center of that effort. As our AI Operations and Enablement Intern, you'll partner with teams across the organization to identify high-leverage workflows, design AI-powered solutions, and create resources that make it easier for every employee to work smarter. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role for someone who thrives at the intersection of process improvement and emerging technology.
What You’ll Work On

- Design and build standardized AI workflow playbooks that document step-by-step processes for using AI tools in day-to-day work
- Develop a reusable prompt library and set of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Claude, Copilot, and other approved AI tools, tailored to each functional area
- Pilot AI-enabled workflow improvements with at least two teams, gather feedback, and iterate on the playbooks based on real-world use
- Create training materials and quick-reference guides that support AI adoption across the organization
- Present a final recommendations deck to leadership outlining adoption progress, measurable impact, and a roadmap for continued enablement
What You’ll Learn
- How to assess organizational readiness for AI adoption and design change management strategies
- Prompt engineering techniques and best practices for enterprise AI tools, including Claude and Copilot
- Cross-functional stakeholder management in a fully remote, fast-paced environment
