About the Team

The Marketing Services and Customer Interaction team develops and implements customized CRM communication strategies based on customer data analysis. We support customer relationship building through CRM systems, membership programs, and customer feedback management, and contribute to sales by operating customer-focused, data-informed marketing activities.

 

What awaits you?
  • Support customer lifecycle management by operating CRM campaigns, dialogue marketing initiatives, and customer feedback (Voice of Customer) activities.
  • Coordinate with technical and cross-functional teams to manage customer inquiries, support daily operations, and handle issue tracking and resolution.
  • Analyze customer and operational data to support membership programs, system operations, and performance monitoring using key performance indicators.
 
What should you bring along?
  • Experience or knowledge in CRM operations, customer engagement, or data-driven marketing activities.
  • Ability to analyze data and manage performance indicators using analytical tools or reporting systems.
  • Proactive mindset with strong logical thinking, multitasking capability, and effective communication skills in a collaborative environment.
  • Native in Korean.
