About the opportunity:

Join our Malaysia ETS Team for a hands-on internship where you’ll gain real exposure to end-to-end IT operations, system support, and project implementation. From day one, you’ll get exposure to real work initiatives and gradually take ownership of a technical improvement or automation project to be completed by the end of your internship.

You’ll begin by supporting the team in their day-to-day activities and progressively take on more independent responsibilities, with guidance and mentorship throughout. During your internship, you’ll gain exposure to areas such as IT Service Operations, Infrastructure Support, Process Automation, IT Asset Management, and Project Delivery that drive business efficiency and end-user satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support for users (hardware, software, and network issues).

  • Assist in asset tagging, inventory tracking, and IT equipment deployment.

  • Assist in maintaining and updating documentation for IT procedures and systems.

  • Support the setup and configuration of laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.

What you need to be successful:

  • Availability of 4 months or longer.

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, networks, and common operating systems.

  • Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
