Job Description:

• Assist in laboratory trial validation activities.
• Support resource planning and execution to ensure product formulation quality and stability testing are achieved.
• Provide improvement ideas for formulation cost savings while maintaining product quality.
• Prepare and update technical analysis reports.
• Prepare bulk samples / prototype products for testing.
• Conduct finished product testing and support plant trial activities.
• Prepare protocols for panel testing.
• Maintain proper documentation for all technical activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Final year student in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy or related major.
• Basic understanding of product formulation (liquid / semi-solid products is preferred).
• Familiar with basic laboratory equipment and testing methods.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
• Able to work well in a team.  
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel is a plus.
