Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Analyse transportation operations data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

• Build/maintain dashboards and trackers; automate reports where feasible.

• Create and improve knowledge documents (SOPs, playbooks, FAQs, best practices).

• Support stakeholder engagement activities (communications, market updates, learning insights).

Profile: Computer Science preferred (Business Administration/Supply Chain also acceptable), with strong analytical and communication skills.
