THE INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY

You will join our Group Media & Digital team, reporting to the Global Communications Excellence Manager. The team’s mission is to build digital capabilities, foster a collaborative community, and deliver best-in-class content and campaigns for our brands worldwide. 

 

You will pair with an eCommerce intern to exchange insights, collaborate on cross-functional projects, and share learnings on digital consumer journeys. You’ll work mainly with the Group Media & Digital team and coordinate with global/local market teams on: 

  • Analyzing, evaluating, auditing and tracking brand contents on media channels, both for our own brands and our competitors.
  • Supporting to develop brand-led communication initiatives for our brands globally in collaboration with internal & external agencies.
  • Generating social listening reports and campaign performance reports.
  • Supporting the management and continuous improvement of our global website platform.
  • Supporting the management of social account channels across markets.
  • Supporting in planning, collecting content best practices and sharing insights with the Media & Digital community.
  • Support organizing virtual and offline events within Group Commercial team.
  • Assist the Media & Digital team with overall administrative duties. 

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

  • You are looking for a ‘Meewerkstage’ (work-internship) for at least 20 weeks at a Dutch HBO/University
  • You are currently enrolled in a course of study in the Netherlands in business, marketing, commerce, economics or related fields
  • You are available for a 32/ 40 hour per week internship of 5 – 6 months, starting in September 2026,  in our office in Amsterdam Schiphol
  • Strong English communication skills (our business language)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Power Point and Excel)
  • Bonus: Basic skills in Photoshop or other graphic/design tools.
  • Affinity with social media, digital contents, and website management.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in an international environment.
  • Not afraid to ask questions and take initiative on new projects.
