Your Mission, Should You Choose To Accept It:
You´ll be sitting at the intersection of People and Technology. You’ll support the daily use of our HR systems while partnering closely with the People Team to ensure processes are clear, efficient and user-friendly. You’ll help turn questions, ideas and challenges into system improvements that really make a difference. Alongside hands-on operational work, you’ll join projects focused on optimising workflows and improving the employee experience.

What You’ll Do:
- Support the daily operation of our HR systems (such as HRIS, ATS and LMS), ensuring smooth user experience and data accuracy
- Act as a first point of contact for basic system questions from the People Team and end users
- Assist with system configurations, testing and small improvements based on business needs
- Collaborate with the People Team on ongoing HR initiatives and system-related processes
- Help document processes, user guides and system changes in a clear and structured way
- Participate in optimisation projects aimed at improving efficiency and employee experience
What You’ll Have:
- You’re currently studying in HR, IT, Business or a similar field
- Interest in HR systems, digital tools and how technology supports People processes
- Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working
- Good communication skills and confidence working with different teams
- A proactive mindset and curiosity to learn, improve and ask questions
- Comfortable working in English (additional languages are a plus)
