The opportunity

Hitachi Energy Transformer Business Unit in Greater China operates across 55 cities, employs over 1,900 staff, and manages 5 transformer manufacturing plants. More than 90% of its sales come from locally manufactured products. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Transformers Products, Solutions and Services.  Transformers are essential in all electricity-related fields and applications, including power generation, transmission and distribution, oil, chemical and gas, industrial manufacturing, semiconductor and data centers, as well as building and transportation sectors.

How you’ll make an impact

1. You will assist in the implementation of the S-OJT project, maintain Power-BI and other daily tasks.

2. You will assist the workshop in implementing and improving 5S, based on the characteristics of insulation operation, put forward reasonable suggestions and implement them.
3. You will complete the relevant work temporarily arranged according to the department's requirements and learn the 5S management theory in IKC workshop.

4. You learn the structured training process and improve analytical and problem-solving skills and communication skills.

5. You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

1. Looking for an experience in production workshop is preferred.

2. Will intern at least 5 days per week.
3. Familiar with Word, Excel, Viso, PPT and other office software.
4. Strong sense of responsibility and learning ability, positive working attitude, steadfast, careful and patient.
5. Good communication skills and teamwork skills.
6. Master Visual Basic programming.
7. Basic English reading ability.
