About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and numerically confident intern to support our sales organisation with reporting, CRM accuracy, pipeline administration, and forecasting support.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working with data, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in producing accurate and well-structured work. You will work closely with the Sales Manager, Field Sales Directors, RevOps, and other internal teams to help maintain high-quality reporting, strong CRM discipline, and consistent sales processes.

This is a good opportunity for someone who wants to build experience in sales operations, reporting, CRM systems, and commercial analysis within a dynamic business environment.

What you'll do

  • Report to the Sales Manager and support day-to-day sales administration activities
  • Help Field Sales Directors maintain accurate pipeline updates and stage forecasting in the CRM
  • Prepare recurring sales, pipeline, and forecast reports with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Carry out data checks, reconciliations, and follow-up actions to improve pipeline integrity and reporting quality
  • Work with sales stakeholders to resolve missing, incomplete, or inconsistent CRM information
  • Support data hygiene and accuracy across CRM systems, initially in Salesforce and during migration to Microsoft Dynamics
  • Assist with CRM migration activities, including data validation, testing, user support, training coordination, and documentation
  • Help prepare structured reporting and presentation material for Senior Management, forecast reviews, and business reviews
  • Collaborate with RevOps and cross-functional teams to support consistent processes and reporting standards
  • Provide administrative support to sales enablement activities and internal communications
  • Assist in improving Excel-based reporting templates, trackers, and reporting packs where needed

  • South African Citizen
  • Completed qualification in Business, Finance, Technology, Analytics, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
  • Strong interest in reporting, data quality, business processes, and commercial operations
  • Good Excel skills, including sorting, filtering, formulas, and pivot tables
  • Confidence working with numbers and large sets of data
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive and organized approach, with the ability to follow up and close gaps
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and tools quickly

You will be part of the 2026 Graduate Program, which will run for 12 months
You will be based in the Centurion office

Preferred

  • Previous involvement in a CRM migration or transformation project
  • Knowledge of RevOps or sales forecasting processes
  • Experience using Excel for reporting or analysis beyond basic administration
  • Prior exposure to SaaS or technology sales environments
  • Experience supporting a global or multi-region sales team
