About the Role

We are looking for a student who wants to gain hands-on experience in engineering  project management. As a Project Coordination Intern, you will become part of the Program Management Office (PMO) team and will be involved in real aerospace projects carried out in collaboration with engineering, sourcing, and production teams — both locally and internationally.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

  • Participate in new product introduction activities in cooperation with engineering teams

  • Learn how to plan and track project activities

  • Collaborate with engineers during production kick-off and work order release

  • Learn how to secure and track materials required for specific projects

  • Support the sourcing team in ordering components and materials

WHAT WILL YOU NEED:

  • Present good communication skills 

  • Effective command of English and Polish, both spoken and written 

  • Ability to work in a team 

  • Interest in project management 

  • Economic, management or technical studies 

WHAT TOOLS & METHODOLOGIES WE USE:

  • PLC (Product Life Cycle) – phase-gate process 

  • PMP/PMI combined with Agile/SCRUM approach (Jira)

  • Project Portfolio Management (Planisware)  

  • Lean and Continuous Improvement
