• Building and refining internal AI assistants (e.g., Gems), structuring and maintaining knowledge bases, experimenting with tools like NotebookLM, and improving AI-driven workflows through testing, prompt design, and performance analysis
• Creation and translation content to support the team with their clients and communication
• Assist in reporting and pipeline tracking to support performance monitoring
• Support the team with the creation, maintenance, and optimization of workflows in HubSpot
• Contribute to the creation, update, and improvement of dashboards and reports in Salesforce
• Contribute to the creation, maintenance, and updates of the team’s internal website
• Help and support developing new processes or suggest ideas to improve the existing
• Other duties as necessary to support other teams within and outside the BU such as Network Growth, Customer Success for example

• Foundational understanding of AI concepts (such as machine learning, data handling, and model evaluation), with curiosity and willingness to learn and apply emerging techniques in real-world contexts.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) - other languages is a strong plus
• Creative problem solver with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work well in an international and multicultural environment
• Experience with Salesforce and Hubspot is strongly appreciated

Our recruitment processes do not include AI systems that make autonomous decisions impacting individuals’ rights without human oversight. Inputs and outputs of the system have been validated by humans and answers are based on algorithms that analyze previous data with which the system has been trained. We use SmartRecruiters as our applicant tracking system and to schedule interviews. Gemini is used to summarize notes from interviews and to refine job descriptions and social media messaging. AssessFirst is used to support talent assessment decisions.
