Support dans le cadre des activités liées au recrutement des alternants pour les étapes de finalisation de l'onboarding et la préparation d'intégration :

-> Faire le lien entre le futur alternant, l'équipe recrutement (GTA) et l'équipe RH opérationnelle

-> Réunir l'ensemble des éléments nécessaires à la saisie de la préinscription / inscription au CFA, et réaliser la saisie sur les différentes plateformes

-> Réunir l'ensemble des éléments nécessaires à l'établissement du contrat d'alternance ou de professionnalisation et réaliser la saisie sur la plateforme de l'OPCO

-> Préparer l'intégration des futurs alternants : prise de contact, transmission des informations essentielles, mise en relation avec le futur manager / Maître d'apprentissage
