Job Summary

This person will be assisting the Financial Planning team in running reports for portfolio analysis and income plans, working closely with the team to conduct research, capture data, attend meetings, and write down minutes of the meetings. This person will be providing help to their supervisors with projects and tasks based on business needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Fulfill tasks set out by supervisors from several departments.

  • Run reports for portfolio analysis and income plans.

  • Attend meetings and take minutes.

  • Perform research at a supervisor's request.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A final year student or recent graduate.

  • Eager to learn and work with various departments in the company.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to multitask.

  • Cope well under pressure.
