Internship Overview
DCMA is seeking a highly motivated Summer Intern to join one of its Departments over the six-week internship period. This internship offers hands‑on exposure to various aspects of our business, including but not limited to Equities, Investment Banking, Finance, Operations, IT, and/or Risk. Interns will work alongside DCMA team members in a fast‑paced financial services environment and gain invaluable experience working at a broker-dealer.
Qualifications:
Some of the key qualifications of a summer intern candidate include the following:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with a concentration in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Risk, or a related field
- Strong academic performance (GPA 3.0 or higher preferred)Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees across the organization
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Highly motivated, reliable, and eager to gain hands‑on experience in a broker‑dealer environment
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team
Additional Internship Details:
- The internship is expected to begin June 15, 2026 and conclude on July 24, 2026; candidates must be available to work for the duration of the program
- Interns must work on-site in our New York office 5 days per week
- Our expectations is the interns will work no more than 40 hours per week
