Location: Paris, FRANCE

Start: September 2026

You will be the engine room of a regional Total Rewards team running campaigns and projects that affect 50,000 people across 48 countries through Europe and Africa. Salary cycle, bonus campaign, benefits review, mobility cases, leadership reviews — every workstream we run, you’ll have your hands on a real piece of it.

What you’ll actually do

  • Run operational support for salary and bonus campaigns: data checks, controls, reporting. You become the person we trust to spot the line that doesn’t add up.
  • Keep our total reward databases and reference repositories clean, current and trustworthy.
  • Prepare communication materials (leadership-ready), the version that survives contact with HRs from very different cultural backgrounds as well as business VPs.
  • Support our key projects, notably including job architecture, fair wage and pay transparency. You chase the follow-ups and keep everybody informed.
  • Run ad hoc benchmarks and research on request. Curiosity is the brief.
  • Help us onboard vendors, track contracts, and keep the back office well-oiled and running smoothly.

The route you’ve already walked

  • Pursuing a Master’s in HR, Management or equivalent.
  • First HR or Finance experience.
  • Excel formulas, PowerPoint and AI are your friends; you’re curious about HRIS tools too.
  • Fluent English and French — mandatory. Other languages are a bonus we’ll absolutely brag about.
  • You finish what you start. You ask the second question, not just the first.
  • You are comfortable working with both data and people, bringing together strong analytical rigor and genuine empathy in everything you do.

Why this seat is worth the move

You will sit inside a small COE team building Total Rewards for the region, with direct line of sight to the strategic projects, the senior stakeholders in a 200% international environment. We hire working student HRs to build the next generation of total rewards talent — not to photocopy the current one.

As a global organization, and as part of the CMA CGM Group, diversity is critical to our business success; only when we can reflect the cultures, languages, behaviors and local knowledge of our customers, we can succeed. By employing people with different experiences and abilities, we expand our knowledge and increase our creativity and innovation.

Please note:  Legitimate CEVA Logistics recruitment processes include communication with candidates through recognized professional networks, such as LinkedIn or via an official company email address: firstname.lastname@cevalogistics.com. We recommend that you do not respond to unsolicited business propositions and/or offers from people with whom you are unfamiliar.
