Job Summary

Community Clinic is seeking a temporary Marketing Intern to support the development of systems and structure that enable marketing and cross-functional teams to work more effectively. This summer we are offering a part-time internship opportunity within our marketing team during an exciting period of brand growth and organizational expansion. Faculty collaboration is welcomed to align these experiences with relevant coursework. The is a temporary and part time position with a schedule of Mondays and Wednesdays 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and will report to our Springdale Admin location in Springdale, AR. The anticipated end date for this position will be 8/7/2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with migration of files into Microsoft Office 365.
• Organize and standardize internal file structures and resources.
• Create forms for intake of new marketing requests.
• Help implement and manage project management systems.
• Support coordination of projects across marketing and other departments.
