About the Role
<div>Step into a vital role as a <strong>Customer Experience Operations Intern</strong> at Focus Global Inc., where you'll provide essential support to the HF Service Department. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer experience operations, contributing to the execution of marketing strategies and supporting our esteemed Customer Relations team.<br><br><u><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></u><br>- <u>Operational and Administrative Support:</u> Assist the HF Service Department in executing marketing strategies and providing administrative support to ensure seamless operations.<br>- <u>Customer Case Preparation:</u> Research and prepare detailed customer cases to support senior Customer Relations team members in addressing client inquiries and requests.<br>- <u>Project Monitoring:</u> Track the progress of various customer installation and servicing projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.<br>- <u>Coordination and Collaboration:</u> Liaise with other departments, external providers, and suppliers to support customer needs and brand requirements.</div><div><br><strong><u>What We’re Looking For:</u></strong><br>- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in any field.<br>- Familiarity with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.<br>- Excellent communication and organizational skills.<br>- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.<br>- Results-driven and a team player.<br>- Willingness to work fully on-site at our Mandaluyong office.</div><div><br>Join us as a Customer Experience Operations Intern and contribute to creating exceptional customer experiences at Focus Global Inc.
