Role Overview: The Accounting Intern will work closely with the Controller, gaining hands-on experience in financial operations, analysis, and reporting. This role involves remote, part-time responsibilities, including:
- Preparation and analysis of financial statements
- Utilization and management of accounting software
- Conducting financial analysis and creating detailed reports
- Performing journal entries and supporting month-end closing processes
- Collaborating closely with the Controller to learn comprehensive accounting functions within the business
Qualifications:
- Experience or familiarity with financial statements and accounting software
- Strong analytical and financial skills
- Understanding of accounting journal entries
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Capable of independent, remote work
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting
