- Support Signavio query management by addressing questions and issues received via the Signavio mailbox, ensuring timely and accurate coordination with stakeholders
- Assist in daily Signavio operations, including license management and basic process model checks to support smooth system usage
- Contribute to Signavio BI Dashboards by proposing updates and helping create additional dashboards for reporting and analytics
- Support Continuous Improvement (CI) working groups by preparing and updating PowerPoint materials for workshops and regular deliverables
- Attend deep-dive sessions and team meetings, capturing meeting minutes, key updates, and suggesting process improvements
- Develop foundational skills in IT service management, application management, project coordination, analytics, and attention to detail, supported by structured onboarding from the supervisor and assigned buddy
What makes you a good fit
- Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Knowledge in MS Office 365 software is required; knowledge of process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Signavio) is an advantage
- Knowledge in Basic IT Foundation, understanding of IT applications, systems, and digital tools; familiarity with IT service and application management concepts
- Proficient in both oral and written English communication skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university
- Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (combination of work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and report for at least four hundred (300) on-the-job training hours
