Somos una empresa líder global en productos de higiene y salud  y estamos en búsqueda de un Practicante de Psicología entusiasta y motivado para unirse a nuestro equipo de Recursos Humanos. Como estudiante en prácticas de psicología, tendrás la oportunidad de apoyar en diversas actividades clave para nuestros procesos de selección, desde la publicación de ofertas hasta la coordinación de entrevistas. Esta experiencia te permitirá desarrollar habilidades valiosas en un entorno dinámico y profesional.

Responsabilidades:

  • Apoyar en el proceso de reclutamiento de requisiciones abiertas: publicar ofertas filtrar hojas de vida y hacer sondeos telefónicos.

  • Participar en el 70% de los procesos de reclutamiento para vacantes internas y externas.

  • Aplicar pruebas psicotécnicas y de idiomas: citar aplicarlas y verificar resultados.

  • Mantener actualizado y consolidado el cuadro de control de vacantes activas y cerradas.

  • Coordinar entrevistas y assessments para candidatos preseleccionados.

  • Apoyar en la revisión de resultados de exámenes médicos y estudios de seguridad.

  • Realizar la recopilación de documentos de contratación e ingresar a la plataforma.

  • Apoyar con el montaje de presentaciones de indicadores del área.

  • Recopilar información de vacantes abiertas a nivel nacional para publicaciones semanales.

  • Apoyar el proyecto de aprendices y practicantes en diversas locaciones.

Quién eres:

  • Estudiante de psicología, administración humana o carreras afines avalado por la institución para iniciar prácticas profesionales.

  • Disponible para firmar contrato de aprendizaje en el semestre 2026-1.

  • Interesado en el área de Recursos Humanos y reclutamiento.

  • Habilidades de comunicación efectiva y organización.

  • Conocimientos básicos de herramientas ofimáticas.
