We are seeking a Procurement and Purchasing Intern to support strategic initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in global supply chain operations, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Support the Procurement and Purchasing team on key transformation initiatives. 

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of dashboards, KPIs, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) tools to enhance supply chain performance. 

  • Assist in reviewing and optimizing strategic sourcing processes. 

  • Observe and support commercial contract negotiations and evaluations. 

  • Compile and analyze the costs of certain expenditure areas 

  • The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders. 

Qualifications 

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, finance, law, or a related field. 

  • Proficient in Power BI, Excel, SQL, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word. 

  • Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills. 

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. 

  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
