We are seeking a Corporate Real Estate Intern to assist with real estate projects and operations within the transportation industry. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in property management, strategic planning, and industry research to support Intelcom | Dragonflys growth objectives. 

Responsibilities 

  • Analyze real estate projects based on various dimensions specific to the transportation and logistics industry. 

  • Analyze and provide recommendations on existing cost structures to improve profitability. 

  • Support operational teams by responding to their business needs. 

  • Participate in resolving ad-hoc requests from the management team. 

  • The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders. 

Qualifications 

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in architecture, structural engineering, interior design, design, or a related field. 

  • Basic technical knowledge. 

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy    

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. 

  • Strong communication skills
