Summer internship period: July 1, 2026 (Wed) ~ August 31, 2026 (Mon)

The Team and Role:

Joining the Image Engineering team at Logitech, you will gain hands-on experience in understanding how modern video systems are developed and validated in video collaboration products.

This role focuses on exploring the end-to-end video pipeline, including sensor input, ISP processing, data transmission, and system-level integration across platforms. In addition, you will participate in practical engineering tasks such as hardware setup, firmware configuration, and image quality validation.

This internship provides exposure to both engineering development and hands-on validation work, offering a comprehensive understanding of real-world product development.

Your Contribution:

Be Yourself. Be Open. Stay Hungry and Humble. Collaborate and Challenge. Decide and just Do. These are the behaviors you’ll need for success at Logitech. In this role you will:

  • Understand and document the end-to-end video pipeline (Sensor → ISP → SoC → Application)

  • Support hardware setup and validation, including camera modules and development platforms

  • Assist in firmware flashing and system configuration

  • Participate in image quality (IQ) testing and evaluation (e.g., HDR, AWB, noise reduction, sharpness)

  • Conduct image and video data capture and analysis

  • Support debugging and issue investigation across hardware, firmware, and system levels

  • Assist in test case execution and validation for camera and video features

  • Work with engineers on multi-camera system behavior analysis

  • Prepare a final report and presentation summarizing findings and learnings

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • Bachelor or graduate student in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields

  • Basic knowledge of image or video processing concepts

  • Familiarity with C/C++ or Python programming

  • Willingness to work in a hands-on lab environment (hardware setup, testing, and debugging)

  • Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)

In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:

  • Basic understanding of camera systems, ISP pipeline, or video streaming

  • Familiarity with MIPI CSI, YUV formats, or video encoding concepts

  • Experience with embedded systems or firmware flashing

  • Interest in hardware bring-up and system integration

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive personality

  • Passion for photography or video technology is a plus
