About the Role

LOCATION & DURATION

All internships will be based in our Shanghai office.  This internship starts in June 2025 for approximately 10-12 weeks.  This is a full-time (40 hours per week) paid internship.

 

POSITION SUMMARY

  • Support company event, internal communication, admin tasks, and lab operations. Looking for student with good organizational and communication skills.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support on planning, communication, and execution of company-wide events.
  • Provide administrative support to the operations department including data entry, record keeping, and report generation.
  • Assist with the coordination of lab operations including procurement to payment process of laboratory supplies, coordination of equipment management.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related fields.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate with different departments and levels of management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • A full-time student in an accredited program with plans to return to school in the fall
  • All applicants must be at least 18 years of age by June 1, 2026.
