About the Role

Purpose of the Job:

  • To provide general assistance to ministry pastors (mainly kids and youth), with some other roles in administration.


Experience & Knowledge Required:

  • Good verbal/written skills
  • Excellent time management
  • Ability to create clear expectations and maintain deadlines
  • Capacity to learn quickly

Duration of Position:

This is a temporary position for 8 weeks and 35 hours per week, beginning July 6 and ending August 28.



Kids Ministry

  • This position will help with the execution and delivery of summer kids events, including Kids Camp.
  • Brainstorm through activities, events, and help with all the makings to assure the main highlights of the event are a success.
  • Be part of creating clear means of communication with parents, help create, prep, and assemble materials.
  • Be able to work independently on tasks that are given.

 


Youth Ministry

  • Assist the youth pastor in summer youth events, include Summer Camp.
  • Brainstorm through activities, events, and help with all the makings to assure the main highlights of the event are a success.
  • Be part of creating clear means of communication with parents, help create, prep, and assemble materials.
  • Be able to work independently on tasks that are given.


General

  • Assistance in other ministry areas as time allows and need requires.
