Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual for a Production SPV Scholarship (Beca SPV Producción) at Valeo Espana S.A.U. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment, supporting production processes and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Responsibilities**

* Assist in the daily monitoring and control of production lines, ensuring adherence to established procedures and quality standards.
* Support the implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., 5S, Kaizen).
* Participate in data collection and analysis related to production performance, identifying areas for optimization.
* Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot issues and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
* Contribute to the documentation of production processes and work instructions.
* Assist in the training of new operators on specific tasks and safety protocols.
* Support the SPV (Système de Production Valeo) initiatives within the production department.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all production activities.
* Prepare reports and presentations on production metrics and project progress.

Job Qualifications**

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and principles.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn and contribute.
* Fluency in Spanish and a good command of English are highly desirable.
* Prior experience or knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts is a plus.
