Working Student – Manufacturing Operations Support (50%) (m/f/d)


Dagmersellen | Working Student

Gain hands-on experience in manufacturing excellence and continuous improvement at JTI Dagmersellen.

You’ll work close to the shopfloor, report directly to the Make & Pack Lead and contribute to local and global manufacturing improvement projects.

 

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Keeping PDCA files up to date
  • Supporting daily shopfloor operations (work orders, shift handover books, 5S3R)
  • Helping with IT & system topics (onboarding tickets, access rights, documentation)
  • Supporting Quality & Safety tasks (NCR filing, refresher plans)
  • Helping drive Change Management and operational organization

 

You’re a Great Fit If You…

  • Are currently studying Engineering, Manufacturing, Business or something similar
  • Like structure, processes and making things run smoothly
  • Are comfortable with Excel and digital tools
  • Enjoy working in an international environment
  • Speak English and German both min at B2 level
